Preparation Process
At BEEFAY, we have three types of preparation processes for our products:
Made-to-Order
Made-to-order items are unique products that are created specifically for each customer's order. This means that the item is not readily available in stock and requires a certain amount of time for production. Please note that production will take approximately two weeks.
In-Stock
In-stock items are products that are readily available for immediate shipment.
Third-Party Collaboration
BEEFAY collaborates with trusted and experienced third-party partners to ensure sustainability. Our partner produces Made-to-Order items, and they have production facilities worldwide, which reduces shipping time. Please note that production will take approximately two weeks.
Shipping Times
The shipping times vary depending on your location:
- 1-4 days for customers within Denmark.
- 1-14 days for customers within the European Union.

REFUND
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

RETURN
Return Process
- Arrange for return delivery: The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
- Return Fee: A 5% return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Submit a return request
Follow these steps to submit a return request:
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
How to return your product
- Pack the items you're returning.
- Print your return label and attach it to the package. Cover any existing shipping labels.
- Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.
